Denise Naslund's house

This is Denise Naslund's former house.

It is located at 4522 SW Graham Street in Seattle, Washington.

Naslund was the eighth known victim of serial killer Ted Bundy.

The 19-year-old officer worker moved into this house with her boyfriend, Kenneth Little, in March 1974.

On Sunday, July 14th, 1974, Naslund and Little decided to go to Lake Sammamish State Park with another couple called Bob Sargent and Nancy Battema.

Roughly 40,000 people descended on the park that summer afternoon, as many Seattleites were eager to take advantage of the warm and sunny weather.

At around 4.30 p.m., Naslund left her group, walked over towards the restrooms, and then vanished without a trace.

Two months later, her skeletal remains were discovered in a wooded area near Issaquah.

This was Bundy's second abduction in one day. Roughly four hours earlier, he had lured another victim named Janice Ott away from the park by requesting her assistance in unloading a small sailboat.

It is likely that he employed a similar ruse with Naslund.

Bundy approached multiple women that day.

After striking up a conversation with them, he claimed that his arm was injured and that he needed their help to unload a catamaran boat at his parents' house in Issaquah.

Of course, all of this was a lie. In reality, there was no boat, and his arm was perfectly fine. Furthermore, his parents lived in Tacoma, not "just up the hill."

Most of the women he approached that day quickly made their excuses and declined to leave with him. Sadly, it appears as though Ott and Naslund fell for his ruse and threw caution to the wind.
