Filming Location in Baltimore, Maryland, United States
This is the filming location of Kavanaugh's Irish bar from The Wire.
In real life, it is called the Sidebar Tavern, and it is situated on the corner of Lexington Street and Guilford Avenue in Downtown Baltimore.
This location features in a number of episodes, as it is the bar where members of the Baltimore Police Department like to hang out together and drink after work.
