He moved to this location in "The Avenues" at some point before March 22nd, 1976. At the time, he was standing trial for the kidnapping of Carol DaRonch. He was also under heavy police surveillance.
Ted did not live in this house for long. On March 1st, 1976, he was found guilty of kidnapping Carol DaRonch and remanded in custody.
Between March and June, Bundy was locked up in Salt Lake County Jail.
Then, on June 30th, he was sentenced to 1-15 years in Utah State Prison.
