It is situated underneath the eastern side of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Dundalk, Maryland.
At the end of Season 2, Frank's son, Chester "Ziggy" Sobotka, is facing murder charges. Frank is also about to turn state witness against the Greeks.
In Episode 11, he reluctantly agrees to meet the Greeks at this location after they claim that they can influence a witness in Ziggy's murder case.
However, as Frank is walking towards them, the Greeks receive a phone call from a corrupt FBI agent, who warns them that Frank has agreed to become an informant.
This is the last time Frank is seen alive. In the season finale, his mutilated body is found floating in the harbor.
