This is the Castletown playground from Hardy Bucks.

It was here that Francis "The Viper" Higgins agreed to fight the Sligo boys.
In the episode The Intervention (S3E6), Higgins becomes confident that he can take on the gang after he secures the help of Lou and "the Parnell Street Dragons."
However, when Lou arrives, it quickly becomes clear that he is actually a member of the Sligo boys.
Realizing he has been double-crossed, "The Viper" unleashes his secret weapon, Shady Ganley, from the boot of his car. Unfortunately for Higgins, Ganley immediately turns around and runs for the hills.
In the next scene, the Sligo boys are forcing the Viper to "shift" a car.
Believing things have gone too far, Eddie Durkan and his friends decide to intervene.
Following a compromise, it is agreed that the Viper will undergo what French Toast explains is "an ancient Chinese disciplinary action from the 12th-century Wong dynasty."
He is then placed face-down on a swing in the playground while everyone takes turns slapping him on the backside.
