This is the restaurant where Darlene Ferrin worked as a waitress.

Ferrin was just 22 years old when she was shot dead by "the Zodiac Killer" at a parking lot in Blue Rock Springs.

Back in 1969, this building was home to an IHOP. These days, it is a Mexican restaurant called Mi Jalisco Restaurante.

This location is notable because Ferrin's workplace was just around the corner from the house of Arthur Leigh Allen, who is considered by many to be a strong suspect in the case.

Allen allegedly told a friend that he was "fond" of a waitress who worked at IHOP.

Furthermore, during the investigation, the police learned that Darlene occasionally associated with a man named Lee.

Because this "Lee" has never been identified, there has been speculation that the man in question was actually Arthur Leigh Allen, who went by his middle name, "Leigh" (and spelled it as "Lee").
