2530 Piney Wood Lane on Google Street View. — Built in 1963, the five-bedroom house was purchased by Netflix for $425,000 in 2021. The studio sold it in October 2025 for $365,000 to two fans who paid $15,000 over the asking price.

The property was used for exterior shots. All interior scenes, including the Wheeler basement, were filmed on a soundstage at EUE/Screen Gems Studios in Atlanta.
