This is the house where Lupertazzi capo Rusty Millio lived in The Sopranos.

It is located at 1054 85th Street in Brooklyn, New York.

In the scene, Rusty and his driver are killed by two Italian hitmen while trying to back out of the driveway.

Lupertazzi power struggle

Following the death of New York boss Carmine Lupertazzi at the start of Season 5, a power struggle developed between his son, "Little Carmine," and the family's underboss, Johnny Sack.

Rusty supported Carmine and convinced him he had a valid claim to the leadership.

Although peace was restored after Little Carmine surrendered and Johnny became the new boss, Rusty made it clear that he did not respect Johnny's authority.

After the FBI arrested Johnny on federal racketeering (RICO) charges, he appointed Phil Leotardo as acting boss. However, Rusty openly refused to take orders from Phil.

Anticipating that Rusty might cause further trouble, Johnny convinced New Jersey boss Tony Soprano to orchestrate his murder.

To hide his involvement, Tony hired two Italian hitmen named Italo and Salvatore.

Rusty orders him to move his vehicle, but Italo continues to wave the map around and speak in Italian.

While the pair are distracted, Salvatore calmly walks up to the driver side window and opens fire.
