Johnny Sack's house from The Sopranos
This is the filming location of Johnny Sack's house from The Sopranos.
It is located at 31 Fox Run in Caldwell, New Jersey.

Move to New Jersey
The New York underboss moves to Caldwell at the beginning of Season 3. While John and his wife Ginny are settling into their new home, Tony Soprano arrives with a housewarming gift.

Although the pair exchanges small talk, Tony soon expresses annoyance that John did not inform him about the move.
Tony is anxious about John's sudden relocation, as he suspects the Lupertazzi family may be trying to exert more influence over North Jersey.

John tries to allay Tony's suspicions, claiming they bought the house to live closer to Ginny's sisters. He also makes it clear that he has no intention of "sticking his beak in."
Esplanade project
Later, John faces financial difficulties. When Ginny presses him about their finances, he explains that he is losing money because the Esplanade project was shut down.

The FBI Raid
In Season 5, the FBI raids the house and arrests John on RICO charges.
Tony is talking to Sacrimoni in the backyard when he sees two agents with shotguns running toward them.

Without saying anything, he turns and runs.
He manages to reach the field before the agents pull up in front of the house.

John, however, slips and is detained.
Tony tosses his gun into the snow while running through a field on the eastern side of the property.

Although Tony is not the target of the raid, he likely would have been detained and searched had he stayed, as FBI agents throw John's gardener to the ground and handcuff him.
Tony is carrying an illegal gun with hollow-point ammunition, which could lead to serious felony charges.
Later, it is revealed that John was arrested because his consigliere, Jimmy Petrille, had been an FBI informant since the early 1980s.

Sale to Janice
In the Season 6 episode "Moe n' Joe," Tony purchases John's house as a gift for his sister Janice.
Tony makes the offer while John is in prison facing financial difficulties, leveraging John's desperation to buy the property at a discount.
In the Season 6 episode "Made in America," Tony visits Janice while she is mourning the death of her husband, Bobby Baccalieri.

Standing on the balcony, he looks out and reminisces, "Five or six years ago, when Johnny Sack bought this house, this was all cornfields here."
