The hotel where Ted Bundy worked
This is the hotel where serial killer Ted Bundy worked as a bus boy.
At the time, it was called the Seattle Olympic Hotel. These days, it is known as the Fairmont Olympic Hotel.
Bundy began working here in February 1968. However, he was fired one month later for suspected thievery after items started going missing from the employee locker room.
This was the second time in the space of three months that he had been fired for stealing. In January 1968, he was sacked by the Seattle Yacht Club after he stole food from the pantry.
It is worth pointing out that this was before he started targeting women. When Bundy worked here, he was just 21 years old.
He didn't attack his first known victim, Karen Sparks, until six years later.
