O'Banion's Tavern
O'Banion's Tavern was one of the bars that serial killer Ted Bundy frequented during the 1970s.
It was located at 5220 Roosevelt Way NE in Seattle, Washington.
Today, the building is home to the Laughs Comedy Club.
In police interviews, Bundy's girlfriend, Liz Kloepfer, told detectives that Ted and his neighbor, John Neeler, visited the bar a few times a month.
This information appeared in a police follow-up report dated September 8, 1975.
The report noted that Bundy liked to drink beer and scotch.
At the time, Bundy had recently become a suspect in the murders and disappearances of several women in the Washington area.
Bundy was also a regular at Dante's Tavern and the Pipeline Tavern.
The Pipeline Tavern
The Pipeline was located at 1540 Eastlake Avenue. The site has changed significantly, as the current building was constructed in 2004.
According to Kloepfer, Bundy and Neeler visited the bar to "pick up girls."

O'Banion's and Dante's were a short walk apart. Given their proximity, it is likely that Bundy regularly switched between the two.
Dante's opened at 5300 Roosevelt Way in 1966. In 2015, the building was destroyed by an electrical fire that caused an estimated $450,000 in damage. Although the owner initially planned to reopen the bar, they later sold the property to a developer.
Today, it is a parking lot.
