Ian Bailey's house
Bailey lived with his longtime partner, Jules Thomas, in Lissacaha North, Schull, Cork. Thomas owned two properties in the area. One was the Prairie Cottage. The other was "The Studio," which was situated 150 meters up the road. During questioning, Bailey told investigators that he spent the night of December 22, 1996, at The Studio. Later, it emerged that Bailey had a history of domestic violence.
